An interview with Lailah Harrington

We're excited to introduce our new recognition article series, MANA (a Fijian description of power and achievement). Each article features an interview with an Ambassador who has achieved the rank of Sapphire or higher. 

Her story is a recipe of boundless energy and drive, sprinkled with an appetite for fun. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Manhattan-based, Lailah, was surrounded by twelve siblings. Growing up in a bustling and busy home, Lailah’s sunny disposition and enthusiasm made her a strong pillar of support to her family. With so many siblings, she quickly learned how to multitask on a whole new level. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Manhattan 15 years ago. From as early I can remember I have always had an appetite for the entrepreneurial world. - I believe it’s in my blood. My Father set this trend for me as I watched him successfully start several businesses. I have been blessed to have a career working in the financial industry for major investment banking firms for over 25 years. As an entrepreneur, I also own a jewelry business selling imported Sterling Silver jewelry from around the globe. I was introduced to the network marketing industry early on in life and it helped shape me as a person. 

I’ve been a health advocate my entire life. After losing my mother to Endometrial cancer in 2014, I wanted more out of life, including financial freedom and the ability to positively impact others.  The network marketing industry has created more millionaires than any other industry. Andre Vaughn introduced me to Wakaya Perfection and I haven’t looked back since!

 I am so passionate about Wakaya Perfection because the products really work!  The positive culture is contagious and when you have like-minded individuals from our Leaders to our corporate staff fully vested in you - you simply can’t go wrong. I feel that all of my experience in the network marketing industry has prepared me for this last frontier at Wakaya Perfection.  The products, the positive culture and the leadership are simply perfection! For me, the way I achieve success is simple. I turn off the noise. I coach my team to stay plugged into the system and use the products for your own testimony – this builds success!

My number one life goal is to have time freedom.  When you have time freedom and wealth, you can make more contributions to society and be a blessing to more people. It’s all about giving back and showing love.  I want to thank my family for understanding why I’m on this path.  Mr. Andre Vaughn has been such a blessing and I continue to thank him for sharing this opportunity.  The Leadership Team and Corporate staff is perfection at its best! My team has been amazing and supportive as we celebrate each other’s successes locking arms together.  2016 has been life changing and this is just the beginning.
