Born and raised on the island of Maui, Hawai’i, Malia Haleakala is married to her soulmate, James Stone, and they have two beautiful boys. For the last 9 years, they have lived on Hawai’i Island where Malia has worked in a local hospital as an emergency room physician. Malia worked several jobs in addition to her main one and missed out on so many family memories as a result. It took the tragic death of a loved one to make Malia take a step back and gain a new, healthier perspective on life.
