Mana! An Interview with Darcy Fenoglio

Wakaya Perfection is so excited to join forces with homegrown leaders. This next Ruby Ambassador joins us from New Lenox, Illinois, with her two sons and husband. A superwoman and stay-at-home mom, Darcy thrives on fundraising and helping others in the community. Darcy does enjoy being a hermit occasionally, but shared that the time she spends out of the house is all business! “I talk to everyone,” she says. “When I am out and about I always have my cards with me. I am the type of person that can go to breakfast, and when I’m done, I already have a presentation [scheduled] for later in the day.” When she is not sharing her Wakaya business with others, you can find her baking for homeless shelters and planning to set up as a new vendor for upcoming craft shows. Please welcome Darcy Fenoglio as one of Wakaya’s newest Ruby Ambassadors. 

Earlier this year, Darcy was introduced to Wakaya through her good friend Lynn. Darcy shares, “After learning about some of the products, I wanted to send a Paradise Pack to my Dad who struggles with severe back pain and a friend (of his) that is coping with an autoimmune disease.” After doing so, it was not long before Darcy decided to join as an Ambassador. “I laugh because at the beginning of my journey in Wakaya, I was what I called the messenger. I signed up as an Ambassador to start receiving products at a discounted rate so that I could keep sending them to people that it was helping.”

Darcy says, “I had no idea what ‘rank up’ even meant! I barely knew how to use my back office, or sign anyone up, but I knew how to talk to people and share how great our products are.” With help from her awesome upline assisting with ‘technical support,’ Darcy was able to sign up seven people in just seven days! “My best advice for people just starting out, is to be the messenger. Everyone everywhere knows someone that could benefit from what we offer here at Wakaya; it just takes going out there and starting up new conversations.”

​When asked about her new success in Wakaya thus far, Darcy shares how appreciative she is for her team. “Sarah and Jeremy Pease and Barb Pitcock are godsends. Every day we start with good morning texts and plug into the 8 am meetings. I always feel like I have support and direction here.” Darcy has many goals for the upcoming year, a few of which are diving in to discover her own personal testimony to share. “I have so many awesome testimonies from people close to me; I am going to start creating one for myself. I am going to dabble in toning up and getting more familiar with more of our products. I want to order and start the GT Core with my family because I know there is so much more to learn about other facets of the company.” Darcy also expresses that “there are many people that you approach that have full-time jobs. People that feel they do not have the time for this, but it starts with getting a testimony. Start by getting others excited about getting the products at a discount and organically your organization will grow. Someone always knows someone that needs what we have; it just takes getting the conversation started.”
