Mana! An Interview with Simon Lee Jr.

Wakaya Perfection welcomes Mr. Simon Lee Jr. as a new Ruby Ambassador. Simon, originally from Dayton, Ohio, currently resides and works for the federal government in Columbus, Ohio. He is married with two children and one grandson. With retirement on the horizon, he is excited about the security he is creating to replace his full-time income with his part-time business in Wakaya.

Network marketing has been a part of his life for the past 15 years. However, it was not until Wakaya Perfection that he found a place that he could call home. “I started with Wakaya in its early stages. I knew what I was looking for in a company. After I witnessed the integrity behind the brand, I knew we had found something special here.”

​Simon also shares, “I loved that the company was founded by a billionaire! It is not something that you witness every day in this industry.” Simon shares gratitude for many areas of the company, but when asked what stands out the most, he replied, “Here at Wakaya, everyone is on a level playing field. Success can happen for anyone that comes in and puts in the work.” He goes on to add, “We have the right tools and support. If you come here to win, you will.” Simon has worked his business on a part time basis, and he has some helpful advice for people that feel they do not have the time for network marketing. He encourages others to just make the decision to start and then stay consistent. “It is all about dedicating certain hours in the week to working your side business. It will pay off over time.” Simon says, “Our compensation plan pays out in so many ways. I love the Pacesetter and Pacesetter Pro because it gives people the chance to start strong in the beginning stages of building an organization.” Most of Simon’s experience in direct sales has been in the health and wellness space. When reflecting on this, he says, “This field of helping others resonates with me. Our Ginger and Turmeric and products that aid in ridding the body of toxins are so powerful and so easy to talk about.” Early in Wakaya he found a medical doctor, Dr. Antonio Phillips, that had a practice perfect for partnering with Wakaya, and he too has achieved Ruby Ambassador. Simon shares, “You just never know who will partner with you in this journey. We spread the word of better health and better wealth; you just need to keep talking to everyone you know.”

Now considered a veteran in direct sales, Simon tells us “Your team is only as strong as your leadership. It is so important to always grow in self-development. If you remain disciplined and manage your time, you will succeed. And lucky for us, Wakaya has all the tools you need to become successful.”

​The future looks bright for Simon. He is excited about the upcoming Bula Bash in Vegas, continuing to grow his team, and replacing his income for a better retirement. Simon says, “I want to leave a legacy for my family. Greater health and more wealth through serving others is truly the Wakaya Way-- and it is the best way!”
