Passport to Paradise Cruise
Ambassadors who are participating in the Passport to Paradise Cruise will be transported from Port Canaveral to the Sheraton as part of their Cruise/CarubiCon ticket. They will have the opportunity to purchase additional transfer tickets for guests who are not attending CarubiCon but are staying at the hotel. Check the Passport to Paradise Page or place your order for these transfers in your back office. |
Cancellations Policy
Cancellations must be requested by email to events@wakayaperfection.com. Cancellation refunds are based on the full ticket price, not the amount paid to date if you are participating in a payment plan and the request date. Use the following chart as reference.
Nov 1 –Nov. 30 Full Refund*
Dec 1 – Dec. 31 50% Refund* ($75.00 Cancellation Fee)
January 1 No Refunds
*Registrations that received a product coupon may not be refunded if coupon has been used, however they may be transferred for free through February 15, 2020.
Transfer Policy
Ambassadors may request a ticket transfer prior to February 15th for Free. Please fill out the CarubiCon Ticket Transfer Form Here. The ticket must be paid in full to request a transfer. Transfer requests after August 15th are subject to a $5 administration fee and are not guaranteed printed and stage recognition gifts if applicable. All qualified participants will be recognized.
Rank Recognition
We will be celebrating all ranks and rank advancements through January 2019. February rank advancements will be recognized on stage, however awards may not be available at the event.
